Contender StreetScene has been designed from the outset with input from waste managers, recycling managers and users of waste management software Authority wide.  We are members of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (CIWM) and regularly exhibit our waste management systems at the CIWM conference.

The core Contender StreetScene system is capable of handling most of the day-to-day activities of a StreetScene department while specialised modules cater for specific functions.

Web based enquiries and reporting enable the Public to participate in the Clean Neighbourhoods initiative. Customer Surveys can be integrated with third party CRM systems to aid benchmarking of service delivery and performance.

A wide range of features designed to streamline services includes remote access for Contractors and mobile working using in cab and hand held devices.

Optional interfaces support links to CRM, Geospatial and Accounting Systems and Resource Scheduling facilities.
