- Uses postcode to validate address
- Allows customers to make multiple service related requests or complaints in a single session
- Unique reference number allocated to each customer
- E-mail to customer confirming receipt of information
- Records contact in holding area allowing for further validation before complaint or request is committed to live system for action
- Staff have the ability to update, correct or discard entries according to completeness or content
- Can be configured to suit the requirements of each individual Council’s web site
- Accommodates attachments such as digital photographs, e-mails and data-files that then form part of the full audit history (available throughout the system)
- Links with external systems such as GIS and on-line mapping systems
