Street Cleansing
- As a 'One stop shop' or Call centre, this module provides all the geographical and technical information to efficiently record requests and complaints
- Integration with Customer Relationship Management Systems
- Statistical data can be used to satisfy most National and Local Performance Indicators
- Web pages allow staff full functionality to report and record from the street via mobile devices

Abandoned Vehicles
- Unique data capture and enquiry screen that rapidly identifies and verifies the location of a reported abandoned vehicle
- In line with the 'Nuisance Vehicle Initiative'
- Inspection, destruction and warning notices produced automatically
- Records vehicle registration number, make, model, colour and investigating officer, along with dedicated DVLA reference number, allowing for quick searches
- Ability to create works orders for tasks such as vehicle removal or destruction
- Produces DVLA forms such as V38
- Accommodates attachments such as digital photographs, e-mails and letters that then form part of the full audit history (available throughout the system)
- Ability to set priority levels and record multiple status updates
- Vehicle movement tracking identifies changes in location of vehicles already recorded
